The reasons I’m conflicted

The location was excellent, with nearby sights just a short stroll away. The staff had a friendly demeanor, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Lack of 24-hour reception was frustrating, as was the shared bathroom experience, which could be cleaner. I also faced issues with inconsistent room lighting.

Staying here with 5 teens was a blast! The hotel's location made it easy to explore, and we enjoyed the cozy vibe. Plus, our kids loved the convenience of bike hire for a fun day out riding around the beautiful town.

This lovely old hotel is conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from the train station, and near all the main tourist areas, yet it remains quiet. I appreciated the early access to door codes for a smoother check-in, and I found the room to be nice with ample blankets and towels. I think the shared bathroom setup could use some improvement for added comfort.
