The reasons I’m conflicted
The location was excellent, with nearby sights just a short stroll away. The staff had a friendly demeanor, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
Lack of 24-hour reception was frustrating, as was the shared bathroom experience, which could be cleaner. I also faced issues with inconsistent room lighting.

Staying here with 5 teens was a blast! The hotel's location made it easy to explore, and we enjoyed the cozy vibe. Plus, our kids loved the convenience of bike hire for a fun day out riding around the beautiful town.
My kids wished for larger bathrooms for convenience.

Had a fantastic time with friends. The location couldn't be better, with easy access to sights. We went to the stunning cathedral and enjoyed the local restaurants. The staff was super friendly, and the cozy rooms made our stay even better. Parking was convenient, and we could leave our bags after checking out to explore more.
The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty during our stay. It had moments where it would just disconnect, which was frustrating when we wanted to plan our next adventure.

Charming location with efficient check-in process
This lovely old hotel is conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from the train station, and near all the main tourist areas, yet it remains quiet. I appreciated the early access to door codes for a smoother check-in, and I found the room to be nice with ample blankets and towels. I think the shared bathroom setup could use some improvement for added comfort.

the location is convienent, ill give them that, but the noise from the walls was unbearable—thank you neighbor for the symphony of snoring! i also woudl ve loved a little gesture, like a room upgrade, but i guess they save those for special guests. what a shame, almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

missingWrote a review on 10 Juncentral locationhassle-free check-incramped bathroom
Great central location right in the heart of Petit France, perfect for exploring the local sights. The shared restrooms had decent facilities, and the self-check-in process made late arrivals hassle-free.
Just a heads-up, getting there from the train station took about 15 minutes of navigating cobblestone streets, so pack light. There’s no elevator, which means hauling your bags up several flights of creaky stairs, and the bathroom setup was a bit cramped, especially with just a pedestal sink for toiletries. WiFi was spotty, and if you find old room charm distracting, the slight chemical smell in the air might bug you too.

Felt spoilt, no complaint.
